Shipping Policies

Shipping Cost:
Shipping costs are based on actual UPS "daily pickup" rates. 

Shipping Method:
UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated or pre-arranged. email customerservice@cjpetsupplies.com for alternate shipping info and rates.

Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped from our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse. Typically shipped within 1 business day of order placement.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery

Sales Tax Charge of 5% for orders placed within Wisconsin.


Return Policy

All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item's page.
To request your Return Authorization Number,  email customerservice@cjpetsupplies.com
Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 30 days to return the item(s).
All returned items must be unused and in new, resalable condition including all hardware and instructional components and in original packaging (if applicable).
Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customers expense.
Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase.
Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund.
Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Backorder Policy

Occasionally, our products may be on back order, should this situation arise you will be contacted and offered one of the following options:
1) You may have your payment refunded
2) Apply your payment towards a different purchase
3) You may wait for your product to become available and it will be shipped as soon as possible


Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged goods may be returned as long as CJ Pet Supplies is contacted within 5 days of the delivery of your package.  Once this contact is made, an return authorization number will be generated and a new product will be shipped to the customer.  Once the RA number has been issued, you have 30 days to return the item.  Failure to return the item within the 30 days will result in an additional charge to your account for unreturned item(s).

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
