1) Will these electronic dog fences hurt my pet?      

No, all of our products are 100% safe to use on your pet.  In fact, you are able to set the strength of the collar before placing it on your dog.  Many people actually try the collar on themselves first so that they may adjust their level of correction to the appropriate level for their pet.

2) What does the correction feel like?

The correction feels very similar to the sensation you get when you drag your feet across a carpet and then touch a metal doorknob. The correction/stimulation will surprise your pet but will not hurt it.

3) What is an electronic pet containmet fence?   

Electronic pet containment systems are an efficient way to keep your pet confined to your property through the combination of behavioral training and modern technology.

4) Do electronic containment systems interfere with other household electronics such as radios or garage door openers?  

No, the transmitters are designed not to interfere with other electronic equipment and are certified by the FCC.

5) Will an electronic containment system work during a power outage?   

This depends on which system you have installed; Many systems have a back-up battery option available. Should you lose power to your fence, the back up battery will become operational to keep your pets safely contained during a power outage.

6) Is there a concern with people becoming scared or frightened that my pet is not on a leash in my yard?          

This could be cause for some concern, however, signage is available to put around your perimeter letting people know that you have an electronic containment system in place to ease any anxiety they may have regarding your pet that is roaming freely in your yard.

7) How many pets can I have on one fence system?       

This depends on what kind of system you install. Most containment systems are expandable up to as many pets as you would like. The only requirement is that they all have their own collar. Please check your specific containment system for details.

8) Is my electronic containment pet fence able to be re-located if I were to move into a different house?            

Yes, most people simply remove the transmitter and bring their collars with to their new residence. You simply order new wire to install and hook it up to your recently moved transmitter.

9) How is shipping calculated?                     

Shipping will be calculated using actual posted "UPS" shipping rates. 

10) How long will it take to receive my order?       

Orders are typically shipped within 1 day of the order placement.  Once the item is shipped, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

12) Is there any charge for Sales Tax?

Unless you make a payment within the state of Wisconsin, you are not subject to any sales tax!  Those who purchase within Wisconsin are charged an additional 5% to their total order.
